Airbag System
The Helite Airshell liner goes with all the Zip’in Helite products. The advantage is that you can wear different outfit with the same airbag. All you need to do is unzip the outer shell allowing you to switch to your next style depending on your mood or the seson.
For now, you can use the following products with the Zipin liner:
- The gilet
- The Blouson
- The Show jacket
- The Prestige
This Product cannot be used without an Airshell outer jacket. If you do not have an Helite Zip'In Airshell jacket, you can't use this Airbag. Please check our shop for Helite Zip'in Airshell jackets.

Technical Specifications
This Airbag can withstand big impacts and will protect you from fatal injuries.
Here are some technical specs;
15-30 Kg force to inflate
250 MB of pressure
Under 0,094 sec. inflation time
Stays inflated for 5-7 Min, instand deflation by removing cartridge
Fitting Instructions
You may consider upsizing this product by one size as we find the French sizing to come up a little smaller than we are used to here in Australia.
